Victoria Albina runs a busy health consultancy in New York City. She came to me with a site that had obeyed all the tech-world’s edicts: the site was designed to convert, but it had no soul. I came in and brought aesthetic uplift to the presentation and warmed up the colours, bringing in some of this passionate nurse-practitioner’s flair for fashion and downright Big Apple sass. She traded a team of tech bros who were overcharging and underdelivering for a crack team of female developers and designers. The result makes us all incredibly happy.
